Please note that I will not participate in any projects involving AI generation or NFTs.

By sending in a request to Kazuna (Artist), the commissioner (Client) acknowledges the Terms and Conditions listed below.

Payment and Invoice

All payment will be collected through a PayPal invoice. After the invoice is sent, the client will have seven (7) days to complete the payment.
The artist will start on working the request after receiving the payment in full.If the client does not reply to the artist for 14 days, the request will be canceled.There will be no refunds 48 hours after payment is processed.

Commission Process

It is the client’s responsibility to provide the necessary information to the artist to complete the request.
- a clear image reference of the character.
- any additional details such as posing reference, weaponry, or clothing.The artist will send a sketch to the client for confirmation. Each major change after the sketch stage will require an edit fee between $3~5 USD.The finished request will be sent to client via a shared Google drive link. If client prefers a different method, the artist can usually accommodate.The client must credit the artist when reposting or using the commissioned work. The request may only be for personal use unless both parties agree on a commercial license.If the artist does not finish the request 45 days after the payment was received, the client has the right to ask for a refund.
